A sample of what you’ll see. First, the expectations: “This is going to be like dinner… but in the morning.” Next, they see the dish they’re about to taste. For the breakfast burrito (a classic of eggs, chorizo, black beans, rice, and tortillas): “It looks like a little pocket of goodness. ”Finally, the conclusion: “That’s so nice!” Well, duh. It’s a breakfast burrito.
The huevos rancheros were met with way less enthusiasm. They were described as gooey and a waste of food and not right for breakfast. We vehemently disagree.
That was followed up by a fruit tortilla, which we have to say, we’ve never seen before. Taste testers thought it was just fine.
And they ended breakfast with a michelada, described this way: “It’s like they spiked your beer with unpleasantness.”
We gotta say, we thought the taste testers would be a little more open minded. We’ve had some delicious, international meals in Ireland. But TBH, we’re not huge fans of Irish breakfasts so to each their own.
