It’s always amazing how fast the holidays creep up and how must faster the days between Thanksgiving and New Year’s Eve fly. It seems like we were just drinking piña coladas and walking in the sand, then along came the turkey and now we’re staring down Nochebuena, Christmas, Noche Vieja, and El Dia de Reyes.

This year we’ve decided to count our blessings and accomplishments instead of making New Year’s resolutions that we will never keep. Sure, we could all stand to lose a few pounds or exercise more, but instead of all of those empty promises, let’s celebrate the good things from last year and excitedly look forward to the New Year with our family and friends.

And what better way to celebrate than with a glass or two of bubbly? Invite over some friends, chill a few bottles, and whip up some of your favorite party foods. Click through for the best Champagnes, Cavas, Proseccos, and sparkling wines for your Nochebuena celebration (with food pairings and recipes!).
