Susie Spices It Up

As you likely know, TLK spent an incredible weekend in June in the glorious Colorado Rockies, running around picturesque Aspen, eating and drinking our faces off at the Food & Wine Classic! But in addition to the eating and drinking, we got to catch up with our favorite culinary personalities, one of which was Susie Jimenez, fan favorite on The Food Network’s Next Food Network Star and owner of new restaurant Trenza in Houston, Texas.

Here, Jimenez talks about what’s next as she unveils her fusion-style restaurant, works on a few delicious cookbooks, and sets out to maker her mark on the culinary world.
