What’s one candy you simply cannot resist? For some, it’s chocolatey goodness. For others, it’s the sugarcoated, neon gummies that are most popular with the youngins.

Retail website Influenster wanted to once and for all how the U.S. is satisfying its sweet tooth. The site polled 40,000 people to differentiate America’s favorite candies, broken down by state. A few noteworthy mentions include candy corn for Texas, Crunch for Florida and Sweet Tarts for New York. Some more confusing results included Toblerone for Arizona – because who thinks of Toblerone when they think of candy? – and Oreos for West Virgina – because cookies aren’t the same thing as candy…

Come Halloween, a full-on candy explosion may erupt.
