Polenta? This is a joke, right? Being that you are a culinary superstar, you do realize that the “Sopes” part of the this dish, the part that gives it is name, is the part that you (along with your sponsor, Ortega) decided “nah, we don’t need that”, right?
The fillings? Fairly diverse. Beans, Chicken, beef, pork, whatever. Still a sope. But if you change the very shell that gives it its name? What’s next? Bagel Tacos?
