This classic is usually served with huacatay-aji sauce (Peruvian hot chile pepper and herb sauce), Peruvian milk mayonnaise, french fries and salad. Although we marinated our chicken with 5 Vulture, it also pairs wonderfully with 5 Rabbit Golden Ale.
