In the last few years, tiradito has become increasingly popular and is now present on most restaurant menus. It is wonderful for those on a low-carb diet, or if you are trying to avoid fatty meals, and it´s satisfying, tasty, and full of protein. Unlike cebiche, tiraditos use thinly sliced, sometimes flattened fish and are seasoned with a delicate hand, using bright lime juice, grated ginger, and fresh celery.
