    Turkey Poblano Pizza

    Roasted poblano pepper, jack cheese, left over turkey, and a fresh poblano pico come together in a delicious and crisp Turkey Poblano Pizza.


    Ingredients

    tomato sauce

    tablespoons
    diced onion

    poblano pepper, roasted and chopped
    1/4
    cup
    shredded pepper jack cheese
    1/4
    cup
    cooked shredded turkey
    1
    tomato, diced
    1
    tablespoon
    chopped fresh cilantro
    1/2
    lime, juiced
    1
    teaspoon
    sea salt
    1
    teaspoon
    minced jalapeño
    Directions
    Preheat oven to 400 F. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil. Grease and set aside.
    Spread tomato sauce on naan and top with onion, 1/2 of the poblano, turkey and cheese.
    Bake naan for 15-20 minutes, until golden and crisp.
    Meanwhile, combine remaining poblano, tomato, cilantro, lime, sea salt and jalapeño.
    Plate pizza and top with a few spoonfuls of fresh poblano pico and serve!
