    Summer Solstice

    The Summer Solstice cocktail is light and refreshing.

    Ingredients

    ounce
    falernum
    1/2
    ounce
    simple syrup
    1
    ounce
    Pisco Quebrata
    1
    ounce
    rye whiskey
    1
    ounce
    fresh lemon juice
    3
    dashes of lemon bitters
    4
    raspberries
    4
    mint leaves for garnish
    Directions
    Add 4 raspberries and muddle together with the simple syrup in cocktail shaker.
    Pour remaining ingredients in cocktail shaker with ice.
    Shake and double strain
    Garnish with four mint leaves
