    Spicy Green Marinade

    The Spicy Green Marinade recipe was created by Chef Cesar Zapata, the Chef and Owner of The Federal Food, Drink & Provisions in Miami, Florida and was inspired by his Latin roots. With cilantro, garlic, scallions, lime juice and TABASCO Green Jalapeño, it is perfect for any meat or veggies that need a kick in spice and flavor.

    bunch fresh cilantro

    cloves garlic

    bunch scallions
    1/4
    cup
    Lime Juice

    tablespoons
    Triguisar Latin Spice Blend
    1
    tablespoon
    TABASCO Green Jalapeño

    fresh cracked black pepper to taste

    cup
    vegetable oil
    Directions
    Add all ingredients to a blender and pulse until slightly chunky. Pour into large zip top bag and add desired meat or vegetables. Seal bag and place in glass dish and set in refrigerator to chill for at least 2 hours. Grill, bake or finish cooking veggies and/or meat as desired.
