    Spiced Rum Crunch Balls

    Spiced Rum Crunch Balls made with crushed shortbread, cinnamon, dulce de leche and a healthy shot (or two) of rum makes these bite sized cookies a must make for any occasion, meeting, or holiday celebration.


    Ingredients

    cups
    shortbread, crushed
    1
    cup
    powdered sugar
    1
    teaspoon
    cinnamon
    1/2
    cup
    rum
    1/2
    cup
    crispy rice cereal
    Directions
    In a medium bowl combine shortbread, 3/4 cup powdered sugar, dulce de leche and cinnamon.
    Stir in rum. Mixture will become both crumbly and sticky.
    Add crispy rice cereal and stir to combine.
    Make 1/2 tablespoon balls and roll in remaining powdered sugar.
