    Directions
    Preheat grill pan over medium heat. Preheat sauté pan over medium heat.
    Brush pineapple with 1 teaspoon sunflower oil and place on grill. Grill for 10 minutes, until slightly charred. Set aside.
    Meanwhile, add remaining sunflower oil to sauté pan and add white onion, garlic, and carrot. Cook until carrot is tender and onion is translucent.
    Add broccoli, cayenne, chili powder, and jalapeño pepper flakes. Sauté until broccoli is bright and tender.
    Add quinoa, lime juice, and cilantro. Sauté for 5 minutes. Add sliced pineapple and toss to incorporate.
    Season with salt and pepper to taste.
    Serve garnished with sliced green onion.
