    Skinny Rice Pudding with Cinnamon Spice and Lime Zest

    Skinny Rice Pudding with Cinnamon Spice and Lime Zest is a slimmer version of the classic. With cinnamon, vanilla. and a touch of lime zest it will be your new holiday favorite!


    Ingredients

    cream, 35% fat

    grams arborio rice

    grams PureVia turbindo sugar and stevia blend

    stick vanilla

    lime, zested

    powdered cinnamon
    Directions
    In a saucepan, combine cream, rice, and sugar and set over low heat. Let simmer for 40 minutes.
    Add vanilla and simmer for another 20 minutes.
    Pour mixture into a blender and blend thoroughly. Pour into a large bowl and place in fridge to let cool.
    Once cool, ladle into serving bowls, top with lime zest and cinnamon.
