    Sesame Sour Cocktail

    The Sesame Sour Cocktail is made with Japanese whiskey Hibiki with the addition of lemon, sugar, egg white and black toasted sesame seeds for a cocktail that is truly inspired by the Peruvian classic.


    Ingredients
    1 1/2
    ounces
    Hibiki 12 Year Old Whisky
    3/4
    ounce
    lemon juice
    3/4
    ounce
    sugar syrup
    1
    teaspoon
    toasted black sesame oil

    black sesame seeds
    Directions
    Place all ingredients in a shaker, save for black sesame seeds, and dry shake (no ice) for approximately 10 seconds or until the oil and egg white have emulsified completely.
    Add a large scoop of ice and re-shake. Double strain into rock glass with cubed ice. Garnish with a light dusting of black sesame seeds.
