    Serrano Butter

    Grab that thick steak and throw it on the grill with a tablespoon of Serrano Butter. With fresh roasted garlic, sautéed serrano, and fruity white pepper, it’s simplemente perfecto!


    Ingredients

    unsalted butter, softened

    teaspoons
    ground white pepper
    1
    serrano pepper, minced
    2
    tablespoons
    avocado oil
    4
    cloves
    garlic, skin on
    Directions
    Preheat oven to 400 F.
    Add 7 tabespoons butter and white pepper to a medium bowl and stir to combine.
    Preheat a sauté pan on medium-high heat. Add butter and serrano to pan and sauté for 3 minutes. Add to butter bowl.
    In a small ramekin add avocado oil and garlic cloves. Bake for 20 minutes.
    Remove garlic from skins and mince. Add to medium bowl with butter, mix thoroughly to combine.
    Spoon butter on a piece of plastic wrap and roll tightly, twisting the ends. Alternatively, place butter in a food container with fitted top. Refrigerate until solid.
