    Directions
    For Dressing: Blend yellow paste and vinegar until incorporated. Slowly whisk in olive oil and salt to combine. Refrigerate unused dressing in air-tight jar.
    For Salad: Mix tomato, basil and dressing in a bowl. Plate the mixture and top with red quinoa and burrata. Garnish with sal de maras, oil, and microgreens.
