Place poblano on open flame on stove top to char, turning every minute or so.
Meanwhile, in a large bowl combine turkey, jalapeño, salt, white pepper, cumin and cilantro. Mix thoroughly to combine.
Remove poblano from open flame and allow to cool enough to handle. Small dice poblano and add to turkey along with mozzarella. Mix until thoroughly combined.
Preheat skillet on medium heat. Add avocado oil.
Form 4 patties from turkey mixture and transfer to skillet. Cook 5 minutes per side or until crisp on the outside and cooked through. Set aside.
In a small bowl combine mayo, chile powder, lime juice and lime zest.
To build a burger, start with one bottom bun, top with a lettuce leaf then with a burger patty. Add a teaspoon of chile lime mayo to burger and sprinkle with sweet red pepper then cover with top bun. Repeat with remaining ingredients until all burgers are built.
