    Pan-Fried Cauliflower in Coconut Sauce

    coconut oil

    medium sized head cauliflower, florets only

    coriander

    cardamom

    teaspoon
    cumin

    cup
    coconut cream
    1
    teaspoon
    flour

    Salt and pepper, to taste

    lime, zested
    1/4
    cup
    unsweetened coconut shreds
    Directions
    In a sauté pan over medium heat, melt coconut oil. Add onion and garlic and cook until onion is tender.
    Add cauliflower and cover for 5 minutes. Remove cover and add coriander, cardamom and cumin. Stir and cook until cauliflower is tender.
    Add coconut cream and flour, scrapping up any bits left at the bottom of the pan, and stir until sauce has thickened. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
    Transfer to serving plate and sprinkle with lime zest and coconut shreds.
