    Orange BBQ Pulled Pork Tacos

    Perfect for when you have left over pernil, this Orange BBQ Pulled Pork Tacos recipe combines juicy shredded pork with a zesty orange BBQ sauce. The result is a sweet, crunchy taco with big flavor in each bite!

    chopped fresh parsley plus extra for garnish

    Directions
    In a skillet set over medium-high heat combine the pernil and 1/4 cup water. Cook until warm, juicy and tender.
    In a small bowl whisk the ketchup, orange juice, molasses, vinegar, zest, chili powder and salt until thick and smooth. Add 1/4 cup of sauce to the pernil and toss to coat. Add the parsley and toss again.
    Warm taco shells according to the package directions. Fill each taco with the pernil. Garnish with fresh parsley.
