    Mojito Critollo Champagne Cocktail

    The Mojito Criollo is inspired by local Mexican ingredients and the weather of Punta Mita! Savor the encounter between Mexican tequila and Spanish sparkling cava in this bubbly and festive beverage.


    Ingredients
    For the Infused Tequila

    ml tequila espolon blanco

    For the Mojito

    mint leaves

    teaspoons
    brown sugar

    lime wedges

    ounces
    infused tequila espolon blanco

    Cava
    Directions
    Infuse the tequila: Add spices to tequila and place the mix out of direct sunlight, let it sit for 3 days. Strain and bottle.
    Make the cocktail: In a shaker glass muddle the mint, sugar, lime and tequila. Add ice. Shake vigorously. Pour into pilsner glass. Top with cava.
