    Michelada Beer Cocktail

Enjoy beer a new way with a michelada created with the minerally goodness of tomato juice, a little acid from some citrus, a touch of salt from Clamato, Maggi, and Worcestershire for earthiness, and beer. Then pair it with a shot of tequila for a real celebration.

    Ingredients
    For the Michelada:
    1
    ounce
    clamato
    1/4
    ounce
    V-8 Juice
    1
    tablespoon
    freshly squeezed lime juice
    1 1/2
    teaspoons
    worcestershire sauce
    3/4
    teaspoon
    Maggi sauce
    1/2
    teaspoon
Valentina hot sauce or your preferred hot sauce
    1
    teaspoon
    toasted cumin seeds, crushed
    1/8
    teaspoon
    salt
    1
    bottle
    (12-ounce) Pacifico beer
    4
    sprigs
    cilantro
    For the Shot:
    2
    Shots Tequila Tres Agaves Reposado
    Directions
In a 1-quart mason jar, combine the Clamato, V-8, lime juice, Worcestershire, Maggi, hot sauce, cumin seed, and salt. Cover and shake vigorously for 15 seconds. Fill 2 pint glasses halfway with ice.
Pour half of the michelada base into each glass and top off with the beer. Garnish with the cilantro sprigs. Pour the tequila into shot glasses, with no salt or lime. Enjoy.
