    Marinated Mushroom and Cilantro Salad

    Meaty mushrooms are marinated in olive oil and balsamic vinegar, then pan fried and topped with a fresh cilantro salad, a perfect side to any meal.

    Ingredients
    For the Marinade

    balsamic vinegar

    Olive Oil

    crushed black pepper
    For the Salad

    mushrooms
    1/2
    cup
    cilantro leaves
    1/4
    red onion, thinly sliced

    cherry tomatoes, halved
    1/4
    cup
    Olive Oil

    sea salt and black pepper, to taste
    Directions
    Combine ingredients for marinade and cover mushrooms, let sit for at least one hour.
    Pan sear the mushrooms for 2 minutes on each side. Set aside.
    In a small mixing bowl ,combine ingredients for cilantro salad, then add mushroom.
