    Mango-Orange Salsita

    From Stanley Licairac of Havana Central, this salsita tops their delicious mango-glazed salmon but would also make a great snack with tortilla chips.

    red onion, chopped

    red wine vinegar

    fresh squeezed orange juice

    Olive Oil

    black pepper

    cup
    mandarin orange

    ounces
    mango, diced
    1 1/2
    ounces
    cilantro, chopped
    1
    Hass avocado, pitted, peeled, diced
    1
    tablespoon
    fresh lime juice
    1
    tablespoon
    fresh orange juice
    Directions
    Chop all ingredients until they have a 1/4-inch dice.
    Place all ingredients except the avocado into a mixing bowl and mix evenly.
    Fold in the diced avocado, making sure the avocado stays intact. Serve over mango-glazed salmon or enjoy as a snack.
