    Mango Mimosa


    Ingredients

    frozen mango puree, thawed
    1
    bottle
    chilled champagne or other dry sparkling wine
    Directions
    Strain mango puree through a fine-mesh sieve to remove fibers.
    When ready to serve, gently pour Champagne into a large bowl. Mix in mango puree until just combined. Be sure not to beat or whisk mixture. Ladle into cups and serve immediately.
