    Mango and Raspberry Mousse

    Tropical mangoes are pureed with rich sweetened condensed milk, chilled, and topped with bright red raspberries for a quick and easy sweet treat.

    Ingredients
    1
    can
    mangos in syrup
    1/2
    can
    condensed milk
    1/2
    cup
    fresh raspberries
    2
    cans
    heavy cream
    3
    tablespoons
    sugar
    Directions
    Puree the mangos with the condensed milk until they both have a creamy consistency.
    Strain any fibers the mangos may have.


    In a bowl, whip the heavy cream and the sugar.
    Put half of the cream aside for garnishing and fold remaining into the mango puree, making sure the cream doesn’t go flat.
    Pour the mixture into goblets and let cool for 2 hours.
    Garnish with the whipped cream and raspberries.

 Serve.
