A spin on a classic Bloody Mary, this green michelada is made with tequila,
tomatillo, avocado, and cilantro.
Ingredients

ripe avocado

to 3 sprigs cilantro

slices
jalapeño
1 1/2
ounces
fresh lime juice
1 1/2
ounces
agave syrup
1 1/2
ounces
Casa Noble silver tequila
3/4
ounce
pureed tomatillo
*
coarse salt for rimming the glass
*
lime wedge, for garnish
Directions
In mixing glass, muddle avocado, cilantro, and jalapeno with the lime juice and agave. Add the tequila and tomatillo. Top with ice and shake vigorously.
Strain into an ice-filled, salt rimmed glass. Garnish with a lime wedge.
