    Green Coconut Bowl

    This Green Coconut Bowl is hearty and full of the tropical flavor you love. Mango, kale, banana and coconut are blended together until smooth and turn topped with sweet fresh fruit.

    Ingredients
    1/4
    cup
    unsweetened coconut milk
    1/2
    frozen banana, cut into pieces
    1/3
    cup
    frozen mango, chopped
    1
    cup
    kale leaves, trimmed
    2
    tablespoons
    unsweetened shredded or flaked coconut
    *
    ice cubes if needed
    Directions
    In blender, combine coconut milk, banana, mango, kale and coconut. Secure lid and blend (from low to high if using a variable-speed blender) until smooth. If a thicker consistency is desired, add ice, one cube at a time, and blend until smooth.
    Pour into a bowl and top with your favorite (we like sliced banana, raspberries, and blueberries), as desired.
