    Dulce de Leche Cheesecake Bites

    Bite sized cheesecake? Sweet! Bite sized dulce de leche cheesecake? Delicioso! Full of flavor without the guilt, this cheesecake is a mix of greek yogurt and cream cheese with dulce de leche folded in for a heavenly, light and airy dessert.


    Ingredients

    graham crackers

    tablespoon
    granulated cane sugar

    tablespoons
    unsalted butter

    ounces
    cream cheese (1 box)
    1
    cup
    plain greek yogurt
    1/4
    cup
    powdered sugar
    Directions
    In a food processor add graham crackers, granulated sugar and butter. Pulse until a crumbly mixture forms.
    Equally distribute mixture among 8 lined cupcake tins. Chill in freezer for 10 minutes.
    In a stand mixer whip cream cheese, powdered sugar and greek yogurt until smooth and fluffy.
    Using a spatula, fold in dulce de leche. Equally distribute cream mixture over graham crust in cupcake tins.
    Chill in freezer for 10 minutes to set. Serve immediately or keep refrigerated.
