    Day of the Dead Cocktail

    Celebrate Día de los Muertos with a Kah Reposado tequila cocktail that will (literally!) light your tastebuds on fire. 


    Ingredients
    Cocktail
    1/2
    ounce
    agave nectar
    1/2
    ounce
    fresh lime juice
    3
    ounces
    orange juice
    *
    pinch of cayenne pepper
    *
    grenadine (to sink in drink)
    *
    toasted coconut and coconut egg white foam, to garnish
    Foam

    egg whites

    coconut crème (from a crème whipper)
    Burning Lime

    Everclear or Bacardi 151
    Directions
    Hull out half of a lime.
    Make a slit on the bottom so it will sit on glass.
    Soak the half lime in Everclear or Bacardi 151.
    Wipe off bottom of lime and sit on edge of glass.
    Add the cocktail ingredients in a mixing glass.
    Add ice and shake well.
    Strain into the prepared cocktail glass, with the Everclear soaked lime already sitting on glass.
    Add the grenadine sinker (drizzle) so that it sinks to the bottom of drink.
    Add a layer of coconut crème foam (from a crème whipper) so that it sits on the drink.
    Light the lime aflame.
    Top with toasted coconut. Serve.
