    Classic Pisco Sour

    The Pisco Sour is a classic South American cocktail. Refreshing and citrusy it's a lovely pair to ceviche and a cool way to beat the summer heat. Made with white grape brandy, pisco, citrus, and egg whites, it's a quick and easy crowd pleaser at any bar. 


    Ingredients
    3
    ounces
    pisco
    1
    ounce
    simple syrup
    1
    ounce
    key lime juice
    .75
    ounces
    egg whites
    3
    drops
    Angostura bitters
    Directions
    Combine all the ingredients together (adding the egg white in last) in a shaker and dry shake it, without ice, until frothy.
    Add 7 to 10 large ice cubes, shake vigorously for 15 to 20 seconds and immediately double strain into a rocks glass.
    Top with a few drops of Angostura bitters.
