    Cinnamon Panela Ghoul Crisps

    A spooktacular treat for kids and adults, these Cinnamon Panela Ghoul Crisps are a cinch to make and will help quell your sweet tooth while still allowing you to partake in that Halloween spirit!


    Ingredients

    tablespoons
    coconut oil, melted
    4
    taco-sized flour tortillas
    1/2
    tablespoon
    ground cinnamon
    1/3
    cup
    shredded panela
    *
    pinch of salt
    Directions
    Preheat oven to 350F. Line baking sheet with aluminum foil and set aside.
    Brush tortillas with coconut oil, then cut each tortilla into 4 equal pieces. Using a scissor, cut out ghouls. Use a straw to make the eyes by pressing down into the tortilla with the tip. Place your ghouls on the baking sheet.
    In a small bowl combine cinnamon and panela. Sprinkle tortillas with the cinnamon panela mixture, shredding extra panela on top if desired. Lightly sprinkle tortillas with a pinch of salt.
    Transfer baking sheet to oven and bake for 8-10 minutes, or until tortillas are crisp and golden on edges. Allow ghouls to cool slightly before serving.
