    Cinnamon Bun-derful

    Sweet and creamy, this spiked coffee cocktail can double as dessert. Coffee is topped off with cinnamon schnapps, a homemade cinnamon syrup, and luscious creamer then poured into a glass rimmed with vanilla frosting. 


    Ingredients
    For Cinnamon Syrup

    brown sugar

    ground cinnamon
    For Cocktail

    cup
    hot brewed coffee
    2
    to 3 tablespoons French Vanilla non-dairy coffee creamer
    1
    ounce
    cinnamon syrup
    *
    cinnamon schnapps
    *
    Vanilla frosting
    Directions
    To make cinnamon syrup: In a saucepan over low-medium heat, combine equal parts water and brown sugar. Add either a tablespoon of ground cinnamon, or 2 to 3 cinnamon sticks, and heat until almost boiling, stirring occasionally. Let cool.
    Rim a 10 ounce coffee mug or heat-proof glass with vanilla frosting. Add hot coffee, non-dairy creamer, cinnamon syrup and cinnamon schnapps to taste.
