    Chocolate Quinoa Brownies

    These Chocolate Quinoa Brownies will make you feel just a little better about indulging in a late night snack thanks to the inclusion of protein rich quinoa!

    brown sugar

    sticks butter, melted

    cocoa powder

    vanilla extract

    flour, sifted

    teaspoon
    salt

    cup
    quinoa, toasted
    Directions
    Preheat the oven to 325 degrees.
    Add eggs, white sugar, and brown sugar into a bowl. With a hand mixer over medium speed blend until fluffy.
    Add in the butter, coca powder, vanilla extract, flour, and salt. Blend until all of the ingredients are well incorporated.
    Add in the toasted quinoa and fold until incorporated. Add brownie mix to a greased baking sheet.
    Bake at 325 degrees for 20 minutes until the brownies are cooked through. Pierce the brownies with a toothpick, when toothpick comes out clear, the brownies are cooked through.
