    Chile Chocolate Monster Bark

    This Chile Chocolate Monster Bark is slightly spiced and sweetly spooky thanks to the addition of cayenne, cinnamon, vanilla, almonds and candy eyes!


    Ingredients

    ounces
    semi-sweet chocolate
    1
    teaspoon
    coconut oil
    1/8
    teaspoon
    cayenne
    1/8
    teaspoon
    cinnamon
    1
    teaspoon
    vanilla extract
    1/4
    cup
    raw almonds
    1/4
    cup
    M&Ms
    2
    tablespoons
    candy eyes
    Directions
    In a microwave safe dish, combine chocolate, coconut oil, cayenne, cinnamon and vanilla. Microwave in 10 second increments, stirring in between, until a smooth chocolate forms.
    Add almonds and stir to combine.
    Pour chocolate onto a sheet pan lined with a baking mat and spread to 1/8 inch thickness. Decorate with M&Ms and candy eyes, then transfer to freezer to set.
    Once set, peel chocolate off of baking mat and break apart with hands. Serve monster bark straight from the freezer.
