    Chicken Salad with Mango and Avocado

    Chicken Salad with Mango and Avocado is a simple and satisfying salad you can whip up in no time featuring sautéd chicken, fresh mango, creamy avocado and savory balsamic.


    Ingredients
    2
    pieces boneless skinless chicken breast

    salt to taste

    pepper to taste

    garlic powder

    cup
    mango, chopped
    1
    avocado, pitted and diced
    2
    cups
    romaine lettuce, chopped

    balsamic vinegar

    Olive Oil
    Directions
    Season chicken with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
    In a sauté pan over medium heat add 2 tablespoons of olive oil. Cook chicken for 5 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through (chicken is cooked through when sliced and the juices run clear).
    Set chicken aside to cool.
    Once the chicken is cooled chop into small pieces.
    Chop the mango, avocado, and romaine lettuce.
    In a large bowl add the mango, avocado, romaine lettuce, and chopped chicken. Season with salt and pepper, to taste.
    Add a drizzle of balsamic vinegar and olive oil. Serve.
