    Cayenne Parsley Spring Chicken

    Shake up dinner and bake a batch of Cayenne Parsley Spring Chicken. Cayenne, ground ancho, chili powder and bright, fresh parsley come together in a no fuss dish that is full of flavor, not work.


    Ingredients
    4
    chicken breasts, thawed
    1
    teaspoon
    Olive Oil
    1/4
    teaspoon
    ancho, ground
    1/4
    teaspoon
    cayenne
    1/4
    teaspoon
    chili powder
    1/2
    teaspoon
    paprika
    1 1/2
    tablespoons
    fresh parsley, finely chopped
    1/4
    teaspoon
    sea salt
    1/2
    teaspoon
    black pepper, ground
    Directions
    Preheat oven to 400 F. Spray baking sheet with non-stick spray and set aside.
    Transfer chicken to a bowl. Add olive oil, ancho, cayenne, chili powder, paprika, parsley, sea salt and black pepper. Mix until breasts are evenly coated.
    Transfer breasts to baking sheet and bake for 55 minutes, or until golden and cooked through. Garnish with left over parsley.
