    Ingredients
    1/2
    cup
    dark chocolate, chopped
    1/4
    cup
    semi-sweet chocolate, chopped
    1 1/2
    teaspoons
    cayenne
    1/2
    tablespoon
    sea salt
    2
    cups
    almonds
    1 1/2
    tablespoons
    cocoa powder
    Directions
Prepare a double-broiler by placing a bowl on top of a sauce pan filled with 1/4 inch of water.
Fill bowl with 1/4 cup dark chocolate and semi-sweet chocolate. Bring water to a boil. Once boiling, remove from heat and stir chocolate until smooth.
Add remaining chocolate, 3/4 teaspoon cayenne, sea salt and stir until smooth.
Add almonds, 1/4 cup at a time, to chocolate. Stir to evenly coat each nut.
On a sheet pan fitted with wax paper place almonds, one at a time, on sheet. Repeat with remaining almonds. Chill in freezer for 10 minutes.
In a small bowl add remaining cayenne and cocoa powder.
Once almonds are firm, place a handful of almonds into bowl and shake until each almond is coated in cocoa/cayenne mixture.
Set aside and repeat with remaining almonds. Serve.
