Peel and slice 2 oranges into 8 slices each. Cut the other 2 oranges in half for juicing.
On a large plater arrange half of the orange slices and juice one orange over the slices.
Layer 1 pound of steak on top of orange slices.
Top with 1/2 cup cilantro, 1/2 cup sliced onion, 1/8 cup green onion.
Drizzle 2 tablespoons of soy sauce over meat.
Sprinkle 1/2 teaspoon cumin seeds, 1/2 teaspoon paparika, 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt, 1/2 teaspoon oregano, and 1/4 teaspoon chile powder.
Top with remaining meat and ingredients
Place all ingredients in a bowl and pour beer over top. Give it a good mix to combine.
Cover bowl with plastic wrap, and place in fridge over night or for a minimum of 4 hours.
Grill meat for 6 minutes on each side.
