In a 2 qt saucepan, combine the Campbell’s® Cream of Potato Soup and Campbell’s® Cheddar Soup. Whisk in the milk and water, and heat over a medium flame. Add the cumin and garlic, and continue to heat, stirring well so that the soup does not scorch.
Serve the soup hot in bowl, garnished with the sliced avocado, queso fresco and slivered onions.

Queso fresco is a fresh, non-aged cheese popular throughout Latin America. Queso fresco is similar to Feta cheese, and is usually served crumbled on top of everything from beans to salads, and is also terrific simply served in wedges.
