    4
    cups
    canola oil
    4
    4-ounce beef patties
    8

    4
    slices
    American cheese
    4
    whole eggs
    4
    English muffins
    Directions
Make the Fried Green Tomatoes: Slice the green tomatoes in to thick slices. Grab three mixing bowls and fill one with beaten eggs, next with flour, last one with panko. Dredge the tomato slices in flour, then egg wash and finally the panko bread crumbs. Place on a cookie or baking sheet.
All the while in a large pot heat the oil to 350 degrees for proper frying of tomatoes. When the oil comes to temp, carefully drop in oil and fry till golden brown on all sides. Place on paper towel to drain off excess oil. Set aside.
Make the burgers: Heat a griddle over med-high heat and add a bit of canola oil. Add all the meat at once if you have a big griddle. Split the sausage links down the middle and place flat on the griddle, add burger patties and ham till cooked thru. Melt cheese on the burgers. Finally crack eggs in all the grease and cook until desired doneness.
Place bottom of English muffin on a plate and start to stack: burger patty, ham, sausage, fried green tomatoes, and fried egg. Top with the other half of the English muffin.
