    Beef Fajitas

    Tequila, citrus and garlic marinated skirt steak are the star of these fajitas. A few minutes on the grill and dinner is ready. Serve salsa, guacamole and other toppings on the side.

    For the Fajitas
    6
    8-inch flour tortillas, warmed

    salsa, for serving

    guacamole, for serving
    *
    sliced onion, for garnish
    *
    sliced radishes, for garnish
    *
    cilantro

    Directions
    Combine tequila, lime juice, orange juice, garlic, salt and pepper. Whisk to combine and add steak.
    Cover and place in fridge to marinate for 4 to 6 hours.
    Preheat a grill to medium-high heat. Remove meat from marinade and grill for 7 to 10 minutes on each side.
    Remove from grill, let meat rest for 5 minutes. Slice against the grain.
    Add the fajitas to center of tortillas; fold in half.
    Serve with salsa, guacamole, sliced onion, radishes, cilantro and wedges of lime.
