    Ancho Grilled Corn

    Celebrate summer with Ancho Grilled Corn! Fresh corn on the cob is grilled and brushed with ancho chili butter, sprinkled with salt and more ancho chile for a smokey, salty treat that’s perfect barbecue fare!

    ancho chile powder

    Himalayan salt
    Directions
    Preheat grill pan or grill to medium-high heat.
    Remove husk and hairs from the corn and cut each ear into two pieces.
    Grill corn until cooked through and charred.
    in a small bowl combine butter, ancho chile powder and salt. Stir until thoroughly combined.
    Plate corn and sprinkle with remaining salt and ancho powder.
