    Easy Chia and Oats Breakfast

    Here's how to have breakfast waiting for you: make it the night before. This no-cook, overnight chia and oats recipe is sweet, delicious, and healthy. Spoon it into jars and grab it on your way out the door.

    maple syrup
    Directions
    Mix oats, chia, flax seeds, and cinnamon in a bowl.
    Add milk and mix well.
    Divide the mixture into 4 jars filled about 3/4.
    Leave in the fridge for 3 hours to overnight.
    The next morning add fruit and maple syrup. And a little bit of extra milk if it's too thick. Enjoy!
