If you happen to be in L.A. this August, you won’t want to miss the 6th annual Los Angeles Food & Wine Festival. If not, book your plane tickets now.
The Festival has announced its lineup and programming for this year’s events, and it’s chock full of amazing tastings, seminars, demonstrations and more. The four-day festival will take place from August 25-28, and will seemingly transform downtown L.A. into a foodie paradise.
The weekend will begin with the premiere of Amazon’s Eat the World with Emeril Lagasse, a new show where the proclaimed chef and his chef friends (including José Andrés, Mario Batali and more) travel the world in search of every delicious bite they can find. Other events include “Live on Grand”, a huge tasting featuring over 30 chefs and 50 wineries, a chef-restaurant collaboration event called the “Power Lunch Series”, and Rick Bayless’s “Grilling Event at Sunset.” Some other chefs confirmed for the festival include George Mendes, Hugh Acheson and Stephanie Izard.
More chef and event announcements are the come, but tickets are now available for purchase at LAFW.com.
