Love Miami AND Cuba? Come this fall, you can experience the food, drinks, and culture of both the 305 and Cuba in a single travel excursion.

The inaugural Havana Culinary Exchange, a food trip that pairs celebrated chefs, mixologists, and sommeliers from Miami and Cuba and travels to and between both locales, takes place September 24 to October 1.

The week-long trip will offer themed dinners, chef competitions and unique culinary experiences that showcase the culture and traditions of both Miami and Cuba. Additional events include private restaurant dining, museum visits and live performances.

The Exchange, organized by Global Events & Incentives, was spearheaded by renowned Miami chef Douglas Rodriguez, who hopes the event will highlight Cuba’s vast cultural and culinary offerings. “We want to expose Cuban chefs to new foods and culinary techniques, and we know they will do the same for the American chefs and guests.”

Additional participating chefs include John Mooney, Kevin Sbraga, and Mike Isabella.
