Octavio Olivas is bringing a five-course seafood extravaganza to help you cope with the sad, sad realization that colder months are on the horizon.

Ceviche Project, founded by Olivas and in collaboration with Chef Suzanne Tracht, is an exclusive one day pop-up that features unique seafood specialties paired with delicious, refreshing cocktails. Come this Sunday, August 21st, L.A. natives can get a taste of the event at Jar Restaurant. Olivas was inspired to create the event after being raised on fishing and preparing the “catch of the day”. The group is excited to bring their dishes to a different part of the West coast, after a six-month residency at El Chavo earlier this year.
