Soon, according to The Junk Food Isle, Oreos will add another tasty treat to its growing cookie kingdom: Coconut and Salted Caramel Oreo Thins.
Response to the announcement has been mixed. While some argue that Oreo Thins are mere offshoots of an already great cookie, others love the thin cookie movement, which ameliorates at least some of the guilt they feel after eating the whole stack.

Oreos, no matter the flavor or the size, have proved to be very controversial lately. On April’s Fool’s Day, artist Adam Padilla posted a package of All Stuf Oreo (just discs of creme filling) on Twitter. The joke launched a firestorm of heated debate among avid Oreo fans. Some welcomed Al Stuf Oreos both as an homage to the yummy filling and a solution to the black crumb-filled teeth that often result from eating a classic Oreo; opponents started a petition in favor of chocolate cookies only – no stuff.
