Hillary Clinton Campaigns for Mexican Food Everywhere

The 2016 Presidential Election is quickly approaching, with both candidates scrambling to get as many voters as possible on board with their campaign. And while many Americans may have already decided who to vote for, others are still left wondering what small tidbit will point them in the right direction. The answer: Mexican food.

Hillary Clinton appeared on a recent episode of popular Spanish show El Gordo y La Flaca, where she guaranteed the Latino vote. “I think it would be Mexican food,” she said, when asked about her favorite cuisine. But despite her love, Clinton explains, “I have to watch portions. I have to watch what I eat – the problem never goes away!”

The 69-year-old candidate is basically an honorary Latina by now – being that she also was served little cafecito from abuela during the show, and received a bottle of tequila from the hosts. Aside from talking tacos, the candidate explained how excited she was to be representing for Latinos everywhere, and what she has planned for the community if elected president.
