Did you set your DVR for the premiere of “Turned Up!” on E! tonight? On the show, you may catch a peek of Liz Milian, younger sister to singer Christina Milian, and a graduate of Le Cordon Bleu. Besides hitting the red carpet, Liz also spends some serious time in the kitchen, putting her spin on traditional Latin recipes. 

Today, Liz shows us how to make fresh and tangy ceviche. To whip up her dish, Liz tosses fresh cubed fish with red onion, cilantro, and lemon juice then plates up the classic with a few surprises touches: corn nuts and plantain chips. Watch below!
