Dining at churrascaria style restaurants. I love grilled meats, chorizos (sausages) and mollejas (sweetbreads)

Jicama, yucca or avocados (even though it's a fruit)

Roasting meats over a open wood fire with my family

Breakfast: Chorizo and egg burritos with fried potatoes.
